Your Role

Axioned is a B2B digital solutions company seeking a curious, supportive, and “coaching” orientated fractional CTO (experienced technologist) to support us in working with our existing developers/engineers to architect optimal digital/technology solutions for our clients and team.

Your Background/Experience

• Consultative experience with technology solutions.
• Done/doing a similar role for a small to medium B2B technology services provider.
• Embrace technology/emerging technologies.
• Enjoy innovating/creating with technology.
• Enjoy connecting with new people.
• Ability to identify business challenges and their implications for internal stakeholders, efficiency and profitability, external users, etc.
• Ability to think critically in order to offer varied approaches to solutions with the most impact.
• Enjoy ideating/brainstorming with other teammates to find solutions to client needs and can embrace.
• Cross-border and cross-cultural team interactions and experience is highly desirable (Axioned serves clients globally from hubs in Mumbai, New York and the UK/Europe).
