Your Role

  • Work with the Developer, QA, Project management team to resolve issues and/or provide guidance related to system, tools etc.
  • Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the IT infrastructure.
  • Training and ensuring to create a backup so that the backup resource is equipped to perform, thus ensuring to have business continuity, no dependency.
  • Report outs with regards to results/work with consistency without delay and or prompting
  • Cloud infrastructure management (godaddy, cloudflare, AWS)
  • Oversee server maintenance and upgrades.
  • Oversee computer system maintenance and audit.
  • Carry Security Audits wrt to projects.
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
  • Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
  • Conducting routine evaluations of network and data security.
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational IT need
  • This position requires the applicant to understand the skills needed to ensure the smooth running of the IT department and ultimately customer/team member’s satisfaction. 
  • Work with your peers/colleagues to train your direct reports and fellow team members on both technical and behavioral skill-sets.
  • Employee IT onboarding and IT exit process.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely is crucial in this role. The candidate should excel in both written and verbal communication, ensuring effective collaboration and understanding among team members.
