Month 1-2: Training: Building for the Responsive Web Application in WordPress (fundamentals). Covering such topics as: Theme development, Plugin Developement, Application Deployment, Familiarity with Git and version control systems along with some fundamentals of HTML, CSS, JS,PHP and CSS preprocessors such as SASS.

Month 3+: Once the WordPress training is completed, a test will be conducted to evaluate the candidate's understanding of the training. Based on the test results, the candidate will be assigned to work on live WordPress projects. The candidate's performance, both technical and behavioral, will be taken into consideration for opportunities to collaborate on other tech stacks such as Node.js, React, etc. Additionally, the candidate will be assigned to assist the team on projects that align with their skill set.
