Your Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM administrator to join our team on a contractual basis (6 months, renewal) to support a key client. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the CRM system to ensure data accuracy for operational efficiency and system customization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM workflow coordination mapping and communication campaign execution. Experience with Slate CRM is a plus as we are looking to support a client utilizing this platform.
Must-have:
At least 1.5+ Years of experience working as a CRM administrator
Your Background:
- Maintain, update, and create reports and queries to ensure continued data accuracy and accessibility.
- Oversee data import and export processes to guarantee consistency and integrity.
- Manage and revise workflow stages and rules following business cycles to sustain system integrity.
- Work through preparation checklists to ensure readiness for planned operational cycles.
- Coordinate and schedule communication campaigns, including weekend email and SMS deployments.
- Update and manage hosted applications and forms to ensure they are customized and functional.
- Ensure proper user permissions and security, including adding and modifying user access.
- Coordinate with global teams across different time zones to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with new hires and developers to integrate and enhance system capabilities.
Good to have:
- Exceptional written and communication skills and proven ability to multi-task with consistently high accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently, producing timely and high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of business processes and workflow.
- Ability to learn conditional logic and query creation.
- Experience working with Slate CRM is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge on light HTML/CSS.
