Min. experience = 2+ years. Oversee the execution of projects from start to finish. Waterfall, Scrumfall, and Agile/Scrum.
- Ensure that you/your team are working towards WOW’ing your team mates and clients at all times.
- Ensure you’re clear in advance with what your client needs in order to be WOW’ed.
- Help the client feel as though they are sitting with the Axioned team at all times; achieve this through frequent (at least daily) communication & ensure that the client is always aware of “when they can see what”.
- Proactively set clear expectations, without waiting to be asked.
- Ensure that each Axioned team member is crystal clear with what they need to do and when they need to do it by; facilitate and guide vs. direct/instruct.
- Remove “blockers” for your team; figure out what they need help with and support them in getting it.
- Continuously organize and review the priorities for your project(s) and your team(s). Ensure this information is transparent/shared and easily accessible by your client.
- Drive frequent in-person/daily discussions with your team(s) to clarify and confirm what it is that needs to get done, and what the priorities are.
- Gather, digest, edit and centralize information for your entire team (and client) to encourage easy and swift digestion and swift follow-up action.
- Keep timelines up-to-date. Ensure this information is transparent/shared and easily accessible by your client.
- Keep activities atomic and ensure they’re well defined BEFORE the work commences; user stories, acceptance criteria, definition of done. Ensure this information is shared and easily accessible by your team/client.
- Be transparent whenever and wherever and when you need help; “blame is not for failure, it is for failing to help or ask for help”.
- Develop project estimates with the input of your teammates.
- Ensure you/your team is adhering to the company’s/client’s guidelines.
