Must-have:

• Building custom-apps/sites for USA and/or UK clients
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development

Your Experience:

• Strong understanding of MVC architecture
• Proficiency in ActiveRecord: associations, validations, scopes, and callbacks
• Experience with background job processing (e.g., Sidekiq, Delayed Job, Async Job)
• Hands-on experience with database migrations and schema design
• Ability to write and maintain RSpec tests
• Familiarity with writing and organizing Rake tasks
• Experience building RESTful APIs using Jbuilder or ActiveModel::Serializers
• Solid understanding of JSON response structures and integration with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js
• Knowledge of CORS, Devise authentication, and JWT/session-based authentication mechanisms
